    In order to use the high quality version of the warp deformer in the SDK, the Core version must be 3.3 or higher. Loading model data (moc3) in Core before 3.3 results in an error.
    If you wish to continue using SDK 3.3 or earlier, specify the export version as “SDK 3.0 / Cubism 3.0(3.2) compatible” in the moc3 export settings.
  • Model object search and replace functionality has been added.

    • Right-click on a specific original in the Project palette and select “PSD Export (beta)”.
  • Extended to be able to delete an empty layer group in the original image.
    • Right-click on the original image in the Project Palette and select “Delete Empty Layer Group”.
  • An export function has been added to “moc3 file export” in order to generate submission data for secondary moc3 files.
    It can be called from “File > Export For Runtime > Export as moc3 file”.
    Submissions in this export format will be available as soon as they are supported by the secondary ma.
  • Improved drawing speed. The weight is significantly reduced, especially in models with a large amount of ArtMesh.
  • Model file loading and exporting times have been reduced.
  • When editing the texture atlas, the ability to reorder tabs by dragging and dropping them has been implemented.
  • When the “Object at Cursor” popup is displayed, hidden objects are now grouped together and displayed at the bottom of the popup.

  • When editing multiple meshes, a pop-up for mesh selection has been modified. This avoids the “mesh not closed” warning that prevents the user from reselecting the mesh.
  • When re-importing PSDs, layers that exist only in the old file will remain associated with the old file.
    This change eliminates accidental deletion of files that only correspond to old files.
  • When re-importing PSDs, multiple existing PSD files can be selected for replacement.
  • The project palette has been expanded.
    • When the original layer is not used, “## Unused ##” will appear on the layer in the tree.
    • “The number of connections to the image for modeling” and “Number of connections to the image for modeling” are now displayed on the inspector of the original image.
    • The number of images used is the number of images for the model (the ones actually displayed in the ArtMesh) that are connected in the current state.
    • The number of connections is the number of images for the model, including those that are not current (i.e., those that are in use when the current source image is switched).
    • The “Replaced flag” can now be toggled on and off in the inspector of the original image. (Note: Undo is not supported.)
    • The “Memo” function in the inspector has been extended to allow the input of “Memo” regarding PSD originals, original layers, image groups for models, images for models, and so on.
    • The name of PSD originals, layers, and images for models can now be renamed. (Note: Undo is not supported.)

  • Textures used in the model have been extended to allow viewing and editing with lighter textures. (Reduction magnifications of 1/2, 1/4, and 1/8 are supported.)
    • If 1/2 is selected, the texture area is reduced to 1/4, which improves loading and editing speed and suppresses memory usage.
    • The display magnification can be selected from the “Show” menu > “Show Quality (Show Model Guide Image)” or from the inspector when selecting a model in the project palette.

    • Sequential creation of rotated deformers is now possible. The same position is created, so alignment may no longer be necessary.
    • The reference angle can now be set. It can be rotated by entering relative angles such as the position of both arms.
  • A rotational deformer creation tool has been implemented.
    • Dragging and creating instantly allows for placement while adjusting the position and length of the handle.

Animator

  • Parameters can now be adjusted directly on the timeline by manipulating sliders.
  • The ability to fix the playback position (caret) has been implemented.
  • The time scale can now be switched between seconds and frames.
  • Scene information can now be changed at any time on the inspector palette.
  • The part display can now be adjusted from simple on/off to opacity.
  • Lip-sync and eye-patch effects can now be set as much as you want by checking the checkboxes for the parameters you want to apply, removing the limitation on the quantity of parameters to be applied. (For details, see How to set up Lip Sync/Eye Pachi)
  • The scroll function has been improved.
    • Scroll vertically with mouse wheel
    • Shift + mouse wheel for horizontal scrolling
    • Ctrl + mouse wheel for horizontal magnification
    • Alt + mouse wheel to zoom in vertically (Carp only)
  • GUID recognition functionality has been added so that relevant keyframes on the animator's side are not erased when parameters or part IDs are changed.
  • Motion data format is unified to json format.
  • Improved graph editor.
    • Five curves (Linear, Smooth, Bezier, Step, and Impulse Step) are available for more sensuous curve manipulation.
    • The grid can now be selected from four grid lines: none, one frame, five frames, and seconds.
    • Vertical expansion of curves is possible. (Alt + mouse wheel)
