This section describes the Edit menu.
| Item | Details |

| Undo | Restores the state immediately before the last operation. Shortcut key [Ctrl] + [Z] |
| Redo | Executes the operation performed before going back one step using [Undo]. Shortcut key [Ctrl] + [Y] |
| Cut | Cut the selected element. Shortcut key [Ctrl] + [X] |
| Copy | Copy the selected objects. Shortcut key [Ctrl] + [C] |
| Paste | Paste the copied objects. Shortcut key [Ctrl] + [V] |
| Delete | Delete the selected objects. Shortcut key [Delete] |
| Copy parameter values | Copy the value of the selected parameter. Note: Parameter values can also be copied and pasted across modeling and animation. See the “Copy/Paste Parameter Values” page for detailed instructions. |
| Paste parameter values | Paste the value of the selected parameter. Note: Parameter values can also be copied and pasted across modeling and animation. See the “Copy/Paste Parameter Values” page for detailed instructions. |
| Deselect | Deselect. Shortcut key [Esc] |
| Deselect Hide and Lock | Deselects the selected objects that are hidden or locked. |
| Select All | Select all objects. Shortcut key [Ctrl] + [A] |
| Search and Replace | You can search and replace object names and IDs. See the “Search and Replace Objects” page for detailed instructions. Shortcut key [Ctrl] + [F] |
