Operation
The following message appears. “[N002] Processing is in progress. If there is no change, please restart after a while.”
Please make sure that the date setting on your PC corresponds in real time, as an error will occur if there is a large discrepancy between the actual date and time and the PC setting.
nizima LIVE does not work properly with Streamlabs.
We are very sorry, but the operation is currently not guaranteed.
nizima LIVE is not added to OBS studio.
Please refer to “Link nizima LIVE with Your Streaming Software.”
If the problem persists, please check the following items.
• Select Settings/Other > Option, and check that Enable OBS plugin is turned on.
• Check that the plugin is installed in the same folder as OBS.
• For Mac users, OBS Studio 29.x or later is supported, so please try using a later version.
Note: If OBS is not the installer version but the ZIP version, you need to install the OBS plugin by specifying the folder where the ZIP file was extracted.
Note: Do not move folders once the OBS plugin is installed. If you wish to move it, please uninstall and then reinstall it.

During the game, the mode that concentrates processing functions on the game may be turned on.
Please try the following settings in Windows.

• Select Settings > System > Display > Graphics > Change default graphics settings, and turn off Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling.
Installation error when installing: The following message appears. “An error occurred during the installation process (com.live2d.nizima.live): Settings are not writable.”
Please right-click on the installer and try “Run as administrator.”
Installation error when updating: The following message appears. “An error occurred during the installation process (com.live2d.nizima.offline_installer): Settings are not writable.”
Please make sure that the account running nizima LIVE has PC administrator privileges. If the account does not have the appropriate privileges, you may be able to correct the problem by right-clicking on nizima LIVE and starting the automatic update from “Run as administrator.”

Setting the preferred GPU using the steps below may resolve the problem.
- Install the NVIDIA App from the URL below.
- After launching the app, change it from System > Display > Display Mode.
How to Reset nizima LIVE for Mac
Resetting will delete added model data and other content. Please make copies of necessary data before deletion if needed.
Deleting the following folders and files will restore nizima LIVE to its initial state.
- ~/Library/Application Support/Live2D/nizima LIVE/
- ~/.config/com.live2d.nizima/nizima LIVE.ini
Deletion Method
First, launch Finder and press “Command + Shift + H” to navigate to the user’s home directory. Since Library and .config are hidden folders, press “Command + Shift + .” to show hidden folders. Navigate to Library > Application Support > Live2D, and you will find a folder called “nizima LIVE” – delete this folder. Similarly, navigate to .config > com.live2d.nizima, and you will find a file called “nizima LIVE.ini” – delete this file.
Camera Issues
The webcam is not recognized.
If your graphics card driver (such as NVIDIA) is outdated, it may cause unstable operation. Please try updating the driver or performing a Windows Update.
The app crashes when selecting a camera
For investigation purposes, please create a zip file containing log information by going to “Options > Support > Create Log Information for Submission” within the app, and contact us through the support form along with a description of the symptoms.
Camera selection fails
If other applications are using the camera, nizima LIVE may fail to acquire the device even when selecting a camera. Please check if there are any other apps using the camera. Also, please verify that camera usage permission has been granted by the OS or security software.

If the issue persists, please create a zip file containing log information by going to “Options > Support > Create Log Information for Submission” within the app for investigation purposes, and contact us through the support form along with a description of the symptoms.
Camera can be selected but tracking is not responding
Please verify that camera footage can be obtained using the OS standard camera app or similar applications.
If camera footage can be obtained but tracking processing is not performed, it’s possible that necessary system files have been deleted by security software or similar programs.
For Windows, please first download the zip version from the download page and test whether tracking works.
If the issue persists, please contact us through the support form.
Cannot turn ON virtual camera
Please verify that “nizima LIVE Virtual Camera” exists as a camera device in Windows settings or similar.

If it does not exist
The virtual camera installation has likely failed. Possible causes include interference from security software. Please verify that a folder called “VCamSDK” exists in the folder where nizima LIVE is installed (e.g., C:\Program Files (x86)\nizima LIVE). Double-click the “install.bat” file in the folder to execute the installation. After that, please check again in Windows settings to see if the device has been added.
If it exists
Reinstalling the virtual camera device may resolve the issue. Please verify that a folder called “VCamSDK” exists in the folder where nizima LIVE is installed (e.g., C:\Program Files (x86)\nizima LIVE). Double-click the “uninstall.bat” file in the folder to uninstall the virtual camera. After that, follow the same steps as “If it does not exist” to reinstall the virtual camera and verify the device. If the issue persists, please contact us through the support form.

Other
Cannot load model.
Please make sure that the file structure of the model hierarchy includes the texture folder, MOC3, and others.
Example: Model folder
– [Texture folder]
- Texture file.png
– model3.json
– MOC3 file
– Other JSON files
Motion stops midway.
If the fade-in and fade-out functions have not been set to the data brought to nizima LIVE, the default value 1000 ms is used. With this setting, the fade-out process starts before playback is finished. This is the reason why the motion is stopped in the middle of the motion.
Correction procedure
To solve the problem with nizima LIVE
Select a motion to correct from Expression/Motion and set Fade In/Fade Out to 0 in the fade setting.
To solve the problem with Live2D Cubism Viewer
• Display the model to correct in Live2D Cubism Viewer and select the motion.
• Set the fade-in/fade-out to 0.
• After overwriting and saving “…model3.json” with the value set to 0, load the file into nizima LIVE and it will be played to the end.
I want to include the parameter information set by nizima LIVE in the data to be passed on to a third party.
• After setting parameters, click the “…” button in the upper right corner to overwrite or save the file as another name to create live.json.
• Open the folder where the model files are stored and include the live.json file you just created in the data for distribution to take over the settings.
I want to make the set shortcut keys not react in nizima LIVE when operating other applications (e.g., game distribution).
Go to [Settings/Other] > [Option] > [Advanced settings] and uncheck [Enable shortcuts when screen is inactive].
